The glass door is tinted in order to contribute to the quiet, relaxing environment, and tempered so as to remain unfazed by the temperature changes. This sauna is powered by a 4.5 kW Harvia KIP Electric Sauna Heater. Top-tier, and Finnish-made, this heater features corrosion-resistant stainless steel and includes a protective stone guard. With the included bucket and scoop, pour water over the hot stones to boost atmospheric temperature and humidity. A simple-to-operate LED Screen Panel allows for easy access and comfortable control to your heater. The sauna rests on two weather resistant polymer support cradles to preserve the wood and provide a solid foundation for the structure. This beautiful sauna is perfect for your front porch and back deck. Assembly can be accomplished in just a few hours and is very easy to do. Recommended optional bitumen roofing that sells separately as an upgrade for better protection of your new sauna from the rain and UV damage. To comply with safety guidelines, our heaters are designed to heat for a maximum of 60 minutes at a time. To heat your sauna for longer than 60 minutes, simply reset the timer for additional time.

Due to the nature of the 220V-240V hardwired heater unit, an electrician is recommended upon installation.

Warranty

ALEKO products comes with a standard 1-year limited warranty, except for the items listed below.

ALEKO products with manufacturer warranties are warranted by us against defects in materials and manufacturer workmanship for the designated period from the date of product arrival at the shipping address. Warranty coverage is provided if the recommended installation procedures have been followed. After the first year warranty has expired, ALEKO.com will not provide any additional warranty. Contact us for more details.

In the case of a product failure due to defective material or manufacturer workmanship within the allotted warranty from the date of receiving the item, the product will be replaced (at our option) at no charge to the customer. ALEKO does not cover any weather damages to your products including: Rain, Sun, Snow, Storms, Tornados, Thunder, and Strong Wind.

Verification of the warranty period requires copies of receipts or other proof of purchase.

According to our policy we can only honor warranties with the original buyer of a the product. If a product has been sold and has changed ownership, we are unable to extend the warranty to the new owner.

Contact us and ask for a diagnosis and a recommendation. Pictures of the product and box the product was shipped in are necessary for us to assist you.
